How to get a design set of
plans or blueprints for your addition or remodel
Orange County Construction
presents a beautiful home in Huntington Beach California that
started with a great idea from the home owner, then we turned it
into a preliminary design and after approval the next step to
planning is getting the modified plans back to the home owner for
approval. After the design of a home has been completed, we will
take them to the structural engineer for structural engineering.
When he is done he will stamp the plans and then the plans go off to
the city for plan check. After plan check and corrections are
completed, you are then ready to pull building permits for your
NPB new home, remodel or addition.

preliminary sketch, to a modified version... then a completed
working set of drawings, Orange County Construction will start
building your new dream home. Every stage of home remodeling is very
important to achieve a perfect job. Many jobs that we bid, the
client has already had their plans drawn and this creates a huge
